Dharan Infra-EPC, formerly known as KBC Global, has announced its foray into the solar and renewable energy sector by setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Dharan Infra Solar. The new venture will focus on the design, development, manufacturing, and execution of solar modules, hybrid energy systems, and related accessories.

The move is a key part of the company's strategy to expand its footprint in the green energy and infrastructure ecosystem. Dharan Infra Solar will undertake a broad range of activities, including the manufacturing of solar cells and modules, and providing end-to-end solutions for solar power projects.

The company aims to capitalise on the growing demand for renewable energy by offering comprehensive and innovative solutions in the sector. This expansion aligns with Dharan Infra-EPC’s larger transformation strategy, which included a rebranding from its earlier identity, KBC Global, to reflect its shift toward infrastructure and EPC projects.
