Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has emerged the lowest (L1) bidder for a road project in Bihar.
The scope of work involves construction and upgradation of NH-131A from 34.600 km (design ch 6.000) near Narenpur to 79.70 km (design ch 53.000) near Purnea to four-lane standard and from 79.790 km (design ch 53.000) to 82.000 km (design ch 55.000) near Purnea to two lane with paved shoulders in the state of Bihar on hybrid annuity mode (HAM).
The length of the road project is 49.000 km with an investment pegged at Rs 1,905 crore.
The project will be completed in a period of 24 months with operation period of 15 years from commercial operation date.
The cost of first year’s operation and maintenance is Rs three crore.
