Elan Group has engaged Leighton India, part of CIMIC Group, for the construction of its premium project ‘Elan The Mark’ in Secto-106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, issuing a letter of intent (LoI) worth Rs 1,000 crore.
The project forms part of Elan Group’s larger integrated township spanning over 50 acres, combining retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality components to create a next-generation luxury ecosystem. ‘Elan The Mark’ will cover nearly 5.5 million sq.ft. of built-up area across current and future phases, with comprehensive civil and structural works.
The development features international design expertise, including Benoy (London) for architecture, SWA (California) for landscape, WET Design (California) for water installations, Meinhardt Façade Technology (Singapore) for building envelopes, LERA and Thornton Tomasetti (New York) for structural and engineering design, Lerch Bates (USA) for vertical transportation, and RWDI (Canada) for wind, acoustics, and microclimate solutions. Leighton Asia, a globally recognized construction firm, will execute the works.
