Eldeco infrastructure and properties has bought a 20,000 sq. mtrs. land parcel near the upcoming Jewar airport in Noida for Rs 96.86 crore. Also, another developer Purvanchal projects based in Noida has bought a land spanning 40,000 sq. mtrs. for Rs 149.47 crore. The land has been acquired through an auction by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).
Both the land parcels would be utilised for group housing projects, specifically high-rise buildings. Eldeco recently acquired 2.7 acres for Rs 110 crore and 8.5 acres for Rs 165 crore in Gurugram Sector 80 via an auction held by Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC). Besides, it has bought a 36,000-sq. mtrs. plot in Greater Noida West, with an investment of Rs 250 crore, and also 14.5-acre and an 18-acre land parcels in Sonepat, for plotted and villa development.
The company has recently secured Rs 350 crore in funding from HDFC Capital Advisors for their joint platform which executes residential projects across the country. This is the third round of funding, which has taken the platform’s corpus to Rs 850 crore and it expects to generate Rs 8,000 crore from 17 projects.
Other planned projects in Delhi, Gurugram, Ludhiana, Sonipat and Goa, with Rs 500 crore deployed in residential projects in Panipat, Sonipat, Ludhiana, Rudrapur, Rishikesh, Kasauli, Greater Noida (West) & Gurugram.
Eldeco Group has delivered 200 projects with approx. 30 million sq. ft. of real estate development.
