Vasudeva Properties is planning to develop a high rise residential complex 'Elegant Homes' at Kokapet in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The project will come up over 2 acres of land parcel and comprises construction of a residential building of 2C+5P+58 floors with 220 flats including parking provision.
As per the latest update shared with Projects Today, Vasudeva Properties has applied for environment and other necessary clearances for the project.
The architect and contractor have already been roped in for the project.
The construction work on the project is expected to commence by mid-2023.
