Embassy Developments (EDL) has successfully delivered six long-delayed residential projects across major Indian cities, enabling more than 3,000 families to take possession of their homes.

This includes landmark developments in Mumbai, Thane, Gurugram, and Visakhapatnam. The projects, once stalled, have now received occupation certificates (OCs) and transitioned into fully functioning communities. Notable among these are Blu Estate & Club in Worli, The Sky Forest in Lower Parel, and One Indiabulls in Thane. In Gurugram, the Enigma and Centrum Park developments are now operational, with Centrum Park fully handed over to residents. Indiabulls Sierra in Visakhapatnam has also begun possessions.

EDL's revival of these projects demonstrates its strong governance, customer-centric focus, and execution capabilities. Embassy Services continues to manage facilities during the transition to resident-led societies.
