1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Foundation stone laid for Nehru ORR in Hyderabad

K Rosaiah, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, on 28 February 2010, laid the foundation stone for Phase-II of Hyderabad Growth Corridor Ltd's Nehru Outer Ring Road (ORR) project at APPA junction in Hyderabad.

The ORR which covers a total length of 33.300 km will be taken up at a cost of Rs 1,100 crore with the assistance from Japan International Corporation (JICA).

The works under Nehru ORR from Shamirpet to Pedda Amberpet have been taken up with contract packages divided into three civil works. While the Package I from Shamirpet to Keesara with construction period of 30 months has been awarded to United Gulf Constructions Company, the 11-km-long Package II from Keesara to Ghatkesar and the 12-km-long Package III from Ghatkesar to Pedda Amberpet have been awarded to Nagarjuna Construction Company.

The 159-km-long road project is expected to be completed by December 2012.

The Chief Minister also inaugurated the 750-metre-long Langar Houz flyover built at a cost of Rs 17 crore with four lane divided carriageway.
