G R Infraprojects has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the Giridih Bypass road (towards Tundi) in Jharkhand.
The project, being undertaken by the State Highway Authority of Jharkhand, covers a total length of 26.672 km. The contract is valued at approx. Rs 290.23 crore. The execution period for the project is set at 24 months from the appointed date, during which the company is expected to complete the entire stretch of the bypass road, which is aimed at improving regional connectivity and easing traffic congestion in Giridih town.
The bypass is strategically important for diverting heavy traffic from the city centre and facilitating smoother access toward Tundi and adjoining regions.
