Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) has invited expressions of interest (EOIs) for a qualified hub developer or industrial estate developer to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain the Gujarat Rare Earth Elements (REE) downstream hub.

The initiative aims to create a safe, compliant, and investment-ready industrial ecosystem that promotes domestic REE value addition and supports downstream industries at globally competitive costs. The selected developer will be responsible for detailed engineering, construction of trunk infrastructure, common utilities, environmental systems, and shared facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This partnership with GMDC seeks to accelerate the development of a robust REE value chain in Gujarat, attracting investments and enhancing industrial capabilities.

EOIs submission process is open until 20 January, 2026.
