Gera Developments will invest around Rs 1,100 crore to develop a new wellness-centric housing project in Pune as part of its expansion strategy.
Managing Director Rohit Gera said the eight-acre project will feature about 1,000 flats across two phases, with the first phase launching roughly 500 units priced from Rs 1.25 crore. Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has been appointed brand ambassador for Gera’s Wellness-Centric Homes. The project will offer residents access to yoga, pilates, aqua aerobics, nutrition guidance, personal fitness coaching, and community wellness programs through expert partnerships. Gera stated that the land cost has been fully paid, and construction expenses will be funded through internal accruals.
The company plans to launch six more wellness-focused housing projects in the coming years. Positioned in Pune, Goa, and Bengaluru, Gera Developments currently has five projects under construction, four of which are residential. The wellness-centric model aims to redefine homes as dynamic ecosystems that promote healthier living.
