Godrej Properties (GPL) has emerged as the highest bidder for a five-acre land parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad, following an e-auction by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA).
The land will be developed into a premium residential project offering approximately 2.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area, with an estimated revenue potential of around INR 4,150 crore. Kokapet has become one of Hyderabad’s most coveted residential locations due to its proximity to the financial district, HITEC City, and robust infrastructure, making it a prime area for high-income homebuyers. This acquisition follows GPL’s recent purchase of a 7.825-acre plot in Kukatpally in August 2025, further bolstering the company’s growing footprint in the city.
GPL has previously launched successful projects in Hyderabad, including Godrej Madison Avenue in Kokapet and Godrej Regal Pavilion in Rajendra Nagar.
