Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has declared Godrej Properties (GIL) as the highest bidder and awarded a letter of intent (LoI) to develop two luxury group housing plots at Golf Course Road (GCR) in Gurugram.
These two projects, covering over 2.76 acres and 5.15 acres respectively, are estimated to generate revenue of Rs 3,100 crore.
The company seeks to establish these two projects in GCR, which is an established area known for upscale residential and commercial developments, adding to its attractiveness. In addition, with the infrastructure and proximity to prominent landmarks, GCR offers residents a high-quality lifestyle and smooth connectivity.
GIL marks a significant milestone with this project, which aligns with its expansion strategy in Gurugram, Haryana.
