Godrej Properties (GPL), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has entered into a Development Agreement with Oasis Buildhome to develop a residential project in Gurgaon, Haryana.
The proposed project will be executed on 13.76 acre of land at Northern Periphery Road (NPR) in Sector 88A/89A. The project will be developed as a premium residential group housing project and is expected to offer 1.2 million sq ft of saleable area.
Meanwhile, the company is currently executing two residential projects - Godrej Frontier and Godrej Summit in Gurgaon. Also, it plans to develop a residential project in Okhla, New Delhi, which will be developed as a joint venture.
