HCA Healthcare has inaugurated a 4,00,000 sq. ft., four-floor centre at Sattva Knowledge Park in HITEC City, Hyderabad.
The facility, developed at an estimated cost of Rs 400 crore, will serve as a strategic hub for digital transformation and technology-led innovation across HCA's global operations. With a network of 192 hospitals and 2,500 ambulatory care sites across the US and UK, HCA Healthcare aims to leverage the Hyderabad centre for critical functions including IT, HR, finance, procurement, and supply chain. This is not merely a back-office setup, but a key driver of operational excellence and patient care enhancement.
The inauguration event saw the presence of Emily Duncan, Senior Vice President, Global Capability Network, HCA Healthcare; Telangana’s IT and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu; and Atul Kapoor, Vice President and Hyderabad Centre Head, HCA Healthcare – India. The Senior VP emphasized that the new centre reflects the company’s long-term commitment to the region and its role in delivering better healthcare globally.
