Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary Hardoi Unnao Road (HURPL) on 30 December 2021.
The company incorporated the subsidiary with an initial authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000 each, to, interalia, carry out development, operation, maintenance and management of a road project in Uttar Pradesh.
The scope of work includes access-controlled, six-lane expandable to eight-lane greenfield Ganga Expressway [Group-Ill, from 289.300 km (Ubariya Khurd village, Hardoi district) to 445.000 km, (Sarso village, Unnao district), design length 155.700 km] in the state of Uttar Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis under PPP and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard.
HURPL will commence its business operations in due course.
