Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini inaugurated the Tohana bus stand on 13 December, 2025, which was built at a cost of Rs 10.42 crore.
During the event held in Fatehabad, the CM also launched several other significant projects. These included a multi-complex in Jakhal Mandi, valued at Rs 7.05 crore, and a 33 KV sub-station in Meyond village, which cost Rs 5.68 crore. Additionally, CM Saini laid the foundation stones for five new development projects in the district, totaling Rs 5.26 crore. These projects include the construction of a road in Musa Khera, a road linking Kalia Road to Jammu Dhani in Sadhanwas, and the development of new classrooms and facilities at the Government Senior Secondary School in Chandpura.
Speaking at the event, the CM emphasised that the inauguration symbolised not just the opening of a building, but a tribute to the nation’s collective memory and sacrifices. He also announced a grant of Rs 31 lakh for the Panchnad Sewa Trust.
