Hero Realty,via its subsidiary Vikas Parks has purchased 8.71 acres in Mohali’s Sector 99 through a GMADA auction for Rs 262.75 crore.

The company plans to develop a new residential project, reinforcing its foothold in the Tricity market. CEO Rohit Kishore stated, “Mohali has always been a strategically important market for us,” highlighting the firm’s intent to expand across Northern India. Hero Realty has already delivered 544 units in Phase 1 of its flagship Hero Homes project in Sector 88, with Phase 2 handing over possessions and Phase 3 launched recently. The new acquisition builds on this momentum, positioning the brand strongly in Punjab’s competitive market.

Beyond Mohali, Hero Realty is active in Ludhiana and the NCR, with recent launches like The Palatial on Dwarka Expressway. Currently, the company is developing 5.2 million sq. ft. of residential projects across NCR and Punjab while having delivered 230 acres of industrial parks in Haridwar and six million sq. ft. nationwide.
