Bengaluru-based Hosachiguru has ventured into residential plotted development with its farm-themed project, Unnati, located in Chikballapur, Karnataka. This project marks Hosachiguru's entry into the real estate sector while maintaining its eco-conscious values.
Spread across 40-plus acres, Unnati offers 170 residential plots averaging 5,400 sq. ft. each, with pre-launch prices starting at Rs 81 lakh. The project targets completion by 2027, aiming for a revenue of Rs 130 crore.
Hosachiguru CEO Srinath Setty emphasised the project’s focus on sustainable living: “At Hosachiguru Unnati, we are redefining real estate with a vision - greener and more sustainable than ever before. Whether you’re planning a serene retirement, a parent fostering nature-connection for children, a pet parent seeking space, or an eco-conscious individual, Unnati has something for you.”
In addition to this, Hosachiguru recently launched Aamrut Farm, its 26th managed farmland project on Bengaluru's outskirts, bringing its total managed acreage to over 1,500 acres. The company continues to focus on integrating nature and sustainable development in its offerings.
