IFL Enterprises, known for its import and export of agricultural commodities, is set to expand into the green energy and organic waste management sectors. The company aims to diversify its business portfolio by entering high-growth areas aligned with India’s push for sustainable development.

As part of its new ventures, IFL Enterprises plans to offer contracting services for green energy projects, including solar and wind power plant design, construction, and operations. These initiatives are intended to contribute to eco-friendly infrastructure development while generating new revenue streams. The company is also eyeing the organic waste management and recycling segment, where it intends to provide waste-to-energy solutions. These systems would convert organic waste into clean energy and reusable materials, reducing landfill pressure and environmental pollution.

With a projected CAGR of 10–12 percent in the waste management sector over the next five years, IFL sees strong potential for growth. A comprehensive feasibility review will assess the operational model, capital needs, and implementation plan for the ventures.
