Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of its fourth hotel in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The property will be a conversion and will be rebranded Vivanta after extensive renovations.

IHCL is partnering with Vijaya Homes Group to operationalise the hotel in 2024.

The 94-key hotel is situated on Golmuri Road at the centre of the city. Key facilities will comprise an all-day diner, specialty and roof-top restaurants, bar, a swimming pool and a fitness centre. Moreover, it will offer over 1,000 sq mtr of banqueting space spread across three halls.

With this hotel, IHCL will now have two of its brands in the city and a total of four hotels across Vivanta and Ginger brands in Jharkhand, including one in development stage.

Vivanta Jamshedpur will cater to the populace of Jamshedpur as it is one of the largest cities of Jharkhand and home to major steel, automotive and manufacturing companies.
