Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has invited bids for the execution of cross-country pipeline works as part of the DR 1.0 Expansion Project at its Digboi Refinery in Assam.

The scope of work entails comprehensive pipeline-related activities and is a key component of IOCL’s longterm strategy to modernise and enhance the operational efficiency of one of India’s oldest refineries. The overall completion period for the awarded contract is set at 12 months from the date of issuance of the letter of acceptance (LoA), notice of award (NoA), or fax of acceptance (FoA), and includes the mobilisation period.

This tender reflects IOCL's continued investment in critical energy infrastructure in the Northeast and aligns with its national mission to strengthen energy logistics and supply chains. 

The bid submission window closes on 03 September, 2025.
