ITC Hotels has signed a management agreement with Pravez Constructions for Welcomhotel Kalimpong resort in West Bengal.

The 70-key upscale project will spread over four acres and will have plush rooms, which offer views of the Himalayas and the valley, and event spaces. With the upcoming property, ITC’s Hotel Group will enhance its presence across West Bengal with eight hotels across various segments, based on hallmarks of world-class service and unique guest experiences.

Other facilities such as an all-day dining restaurant, a lounge, and recreational aspects such as children’s club are planned, and along with eco-friendliness, the property is expected to be a major draw and a must-visit destination.

ITC Hotels’ portfolio includes 25 Welcomhotels across India with more in the pipeline. Some of its destination-centric properties include Manali, Jim Corbett, Chail, Katra, and Guntur.
