ITI, a telecom product maker, has secured contracts totalling Rs 64 crore.
Notable among these is a Rs 35-crore order from Sambalpur University, Odisha, for campus-wide Wi-Fi and LAN, and a Rs 29.14-crore contract from Central Railways, Mumbai, for an integrated security system with IP-based video surveillance at six railway stations.
The Sambalpur University project involves supply, installation, and maintenance of Wi-Fi and LAN across 80 locations.
The Central Railways contract focuses on implementing an advanced security system with over 1,400 cameras across key stations, including Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and Thane. Both projects are expected to improve network security, functionality, and overall operational efficiency, with comprehensive support and maintenance plans.
