Hyderabad-based IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects
Ltd has secured two road projects worth Rs.850 crore from National Highways
Authority of India. The contracts pertain to national highway development
of 101.51 km in Tamil Nadu.
The contract involves design, construction,
development, finance, operation and maintenance of two highway packages, TN-6
and TN-7, on NH-7 in Tamil Nadu on BOT basis with a concession period of 20
years.
TN-6 is a 53 km stretch from Salem to
Kumarpalayam while TN-7 is a 48.51 km expanse from Sumarapalayam to Chengampalli.
The contract value is Rs.470 crore for TN-6 and Rs.380 crore for TN-7.
