JBM Auto is planning to set up a new manufacturing plant in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
The company intends to develop a unit at a cost of Rs 100 crore and the project is expected to be operational by December 2014. The proposed new unit will cater to its commercial vehicle customers.
JBM Auto has another manufacturing facilities located in Faridabad, Greater Noida, Nashik, Chennai, Sanand, and Pune.
Meanwhile, the company is also planning to invest Rs 100 crore in a new plant in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Recently, the company had announced an investment plant to the tune of Rs 700 crore in automobile component business over the next two years. It is also exploring options for acquisition opportunities in Europe and America.
