Jaquar Group has expanded its Bhiwadi, Rajasthan manufacturing plant, making it the world’s largest single-unit faucet production facility with a daily capacity of 1,25,000 faucets.
The expansion aligns with India's 'Make in India' initiative, with a total investment of Rs 300 crore, involving Rs 150 crore for faucet manufacturing and another Rs 150 crore for a new lighting plant, creating work opportunities and increasing the workforce.
With six factories- five in India, one in South Korea, spanning 3,29,000 sq. mtrs., Jaquar integrates cutting-edge automation, robotic grinding, and sustainability measures. Its zero-waste approach recycles 5,00,000 litres of water and 4,221 tonne of brass annually. Recognized for sustainability, the Bhiwadi plant received LEED Platinum certification from the US Green Building Council.
Jaquar continues expanding internationally, with nine Jaquar World showrooms across cities like Milan, Dubai, and Singapore, with more planned.
