Jyoti Structures has successfully commissioned galvanisation facilities at its second tower manufacturing unit in Nashik, enhancing its operational capacity.
The new facility, with an annual production capacity of 36,000 MT, includes a galvanising plant, three CNC drilling machines, and refurbished CNC equipment. This boosts fabrication accuracy, throughput, and finishing quality in tower production. The company’s first Nashik unit, operational since August 2022, also has a capacity of 36,000 MT, making the combined tower manufacturing capacity in Nashik approx. 72,000 MT per year. This strengthens Jyoti Structures' ability to handle both current and future transmission projects.
CEO Rajesh Kumar Singh highlighted, “The commissioning of galvanisation operations at our second Nashik unit strengthens our manufacturing depth and operational control across critical stages of tower production.” This new development supports the company’s ongoing projects, including the 800 kV HVDC project awarded by Power Grid Corporation of India, with an order book close to Rs 2,000 crore, providing execution visibility.
