Gujarat’s Deputy Chief Minister, Harsh Sanghavi, virtually inaugurated KP Green Engineering's advanced fabrication and galvanising facility in Matar, Bharuch, in the presence of the company’s senior management and employees.
The facility, which spans 45 acres, is one of India’s most modern steel fabrication and galvanising units, and features Asia's largest galvanising kettle. This state-of-the-art plant has a production capacity of 2.94 lakh tonnes per annum, with plans to increase it to 4,00,500 tonne by 2026. The Deputy CM stated, "This large-scale factory, equipped with Asia’s largest galvanising kettle, shows Gujarat’s industrial strength and its commitment to sustainable development." He also highlighted KP Green Engineering’s role in contributing to Gujarat's economic growth and the national green energy transition.
The company recently signed an MoU with Botswana to collaborate on renewable energy generation, furthering India's role in global clean energy initiatives.
