Mount Roofing and Structures, based in Tumkur, Karnataka, has expanded its operations with the launch of its second fully automated sandwich panel manufacturing line,  and a new pre-engineered building (PEB) plant.

This expansion, part of a Rs 250 crore investment, boosts the company's production capacity to 7,00,000 sq. mtrs. of sandwich PUF panels per month, solidifying its position as India’s largest PUF panel manufacturer. The facility spans 22 acres and includes an expanded built-up area of 4,00,000 sq. ft. Along with an expanded product portfolio, including Solar Panel Hi-Rib Roof Profiles, Rockwool Sandwich Panels, and Clean Room solutions, the facility will create over 400 new jobs.

Mount also increased its capabilities in PEB and Polycarbonate Sheets production. The company is now positioned to cater to large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects in regions like South and Central India, with plans for further expansion into Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.
