Karnataka Neeravari Nigam has invited bids for the Mahalaxmi Lift Irrigation Scheme (Phase-II) on a lumpsum turnkey basis.
The contract, valued at Rs 174.02 crore aims to enhance the state's irrigation infrastructure by expanding water distribution for agricultural purposes. The work involves the development of lift irrigation systems to support farming in the region, thereby improving water access. This phase of the Mahalaxmi scheme is crucial for meeting the growing demand for irrigation and ensuring more efficient water use across the area.
