Kesar India, a listed real estate company, has acquired a total land parcel of approx. 9.10 hectares (22.487 acres) in Mouza Sumthana, Tehsil Hingna, Nagpur, Maharashtra, significantly boosting its future development prospects.
The latest acquisition of 5.10 hectares (12.60 acres) at Survey/Khasra No. 128/2 was completed on January 23, 2026, adjoining land purchased earlier on December 29, 2025. With this consolidation, Kesar India now holds a strategically located land bank in the Hingna–MIHAN growth corridor, a fast-developing infrastructure-led zone of Nagpur. The area benefits from excellent connectivity, being close to the Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN) and the Samruddhi Mahamarg (Nagpur–Mumbai Expressway).
The location is further enhanced by the presence of established and upcoming projects by prominent developers like DMart, Godrej Properties, Kalpataru, and Lodha Group, making it attractive for residential and mixed-use developments. This acquisition positions Kesar India to leverage the region’s growth potential and strengthen its long-term real estate portfolio.
