Kirby Building Systems & Structures India, a flagship of Alghanim Industries, Kuwait, has inaugurated its new Centre of Engineering Excellence in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The 40,000 sq. ft. facility, seating over 550 professionals, will serve as Kirby India’s Corporate Office, housing sales, marketing, and engineering functions. Inaugurated by Mahmoud Samara, CEO – Alghanim Industries, alongside senior leaders, the event also saw discussions on growth strategy, market leadership, and competitive challenges.

The Alghanim leadership toured Kirby’s Hyderabad and Halol manufacturing plants, reviewing Kaizen initiatives. The centre will host 400+ structural designers and detailers, leveraging advanced software such as MBS, STAAD. Pro, Bocad, ETABS, Tekla, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Smartest to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. This move reinforces Kirby’s 25-year leadership in India and nearly five decades of global expertise in the steel construction industry.

The facility aligns with the company’s immediate growth and expansion plans in India and other regions, marking a key milestone in shaping the future of pre-engineered building (PEB) construction.
