L&T's Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured multiple EPC orders in India.
One of the key projects is from the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation to construct the Advait Lok (Acharya Shankar Museum Complex & Parking) at Omkareshwar in Khandwa district. This order includes the development of a state-of-the-art global museum featuring intricate stone carvings and glass fibre reinforced concrete elements, aimed at showcasing the life and philosophy of Acharya Shankar. The project will also include civil work, MEP services, external development, and five years of operations and maintenance, with a delivery timeline of 36 months.
Additionally, L&T has received an order from the Assam Government for the redevelopment of the R G Baruah Sports Complex in Guwahati, which includes constructing a FIFA-compliant football stadium. Another order involves constructing luxury high-rise residential towers in Mumbai, with up to 66 floors, premium finishes, and comprehensive MEP services.
