Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) has signed a licence agreement for a property at Mashobra in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, under its brand ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’. Carnation Hotels, the hotel management arm of the company, will be operating the hotel, which is anticipated to be operational by Q1/FY26.
The property is located near Shimla on the Hindustan-Tibet road and features 48 well-equipped rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, meeting rooms and other public areas. Along with this, Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh is nearly 135 km from the property while Kalka Railway Station is around 98 km away.
Moreover, the hotel is in close proximity to the Reserve Forest Sanctuary and is well-connected by roadways for ease of public and private transport. Moreover, Mashobra is famous for its apple orchards, trekking trails, dense forests of deodars, jams and pickles, and many others.
The signing of this agreement with Alyvia Hospitality Management Services in Mashobra is an addition to its two operational hotels and four upcoming properties in the state.
