Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a license agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, and is expected to open in FY 2027.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi will feature 65 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop bar, banquet halls, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, fitness centre and other public areas. The Birsa Munda Airport is about five km away, and Ranchi Junction is about seven km away from the property. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.

Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, India, is known for its scenic beauty and tribal heritage. Nestled on the Chota Nagpur plateau, Ranchi is nicknamed the "City of Waterfalls" as it has several cascading waterbodies within its borders.

Ranchi is now a growing metropolis and a hub for industry and education.
