M3M India has announced a major investment of Rs 7,200 crore for the development of 'Gurgaon International City' (GIC), a 150-acre integrated township in Gurugram.
The project, aimed at attracting global tech companies like Google, Apple, and Tesla, will feature data centres, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail spaces, and premium residential areas. Located on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, the first phase will span 50 acres and include 300 RERA-approved plots. M3M's vision for the township is to create a lowemission, clean industry hub with non-polluting industries and advanced tech-driven businesses.
The township's development is expected to generate a topline of Rs 12,000 crore. M3M India has a diverse portfolio with 62 projects, including high-profile developments like the ‘Trump Tower’ in Gurugram.
