MAIA Estates has raised Rs 120 crore from Arnya, a boutique investment manager, to develop 'The Seven', a luxury residential project in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru.

The project will feature twin 36-storey towers spanning six lakh sq. ft., offering spacious four BHK and larger homes designed in collaboration with leading architects. Construction is set to begin in early 2026 and complete by 2029. The development’s architecture is inspired by Basavanagudi’s rich cultural heritage, with design elements like sky decks, wellness spaces, and water features that promote a connection to nature.

MAIA Estates’ CEO Mayank Ruia emphasised the project's focus on quality of life, while Arnya’s CEO Sharad Mittal highlighted Bengaluru’s growing luxury housing market as a key factor in their investment decision. This project is part of MAIA’s strategy to contribute to the city’s evolving luxury residential landscape.
