The Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) has issued a tender for the planning, design, and construction of 8,001 one-BHK dwelling units under the PMAY(U) 2.0 scheme.
Each unit will have a minimum carpet area of 30 sq. Mtrs. and will cater to beneficiaries in the economically weaker section (EWS) category. The development is set to take place on a 38.65-acre plot of land owned by MHADA in Rohkal (Chakan) Pune, under PMAY(U) 2.0 - Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP). The work will include the construction of essential on-site and offsite infrastructure works to support the housing units.
With a total cost of Rs 1,160.95 crore, it aims to address housing needs for EWS beneficiaries and contribute to the government's affordable housing initiatives.
The bid submission due date is 24 November, 2025.
