The Project Management Unit of the Mumbai Metropolitan
Region Development Authority has invited bids for the construction of the
residential permanent tenements in Mumbai. The payment of the eligible party
who executes the construction work will be done from the credit, which the
Government of India has received from the International Development Association
towards the cost of the MUT Project.
The bidding is open to both
bidders, including international bidders who satisfy the criteria mentioned in the
IBRD Guidelines for Procurement. Indian bidders should be registered in
appropriate class with the Government of Maharashtra or other State
Governments/ Government of India or State /Central Government Undertakings.

sq.m, each tenement of 20.91 sq.m.(225sq.ft.) carpet area, on plot bearing
CTS No. 120 (Part) at Hariyali Village, Kanjurmarg. In addition to above,
also construction of Society Offices, Balwadi & Welfare Centres (1073.42
sq.m. area).
The infrastructure work and amenities shall be as
per Slum Rehabilitation Authority Policy of the State Government.

tenements, 8 shops of required size as per drawing and specifications with
built up area around 9836.49 sq.m. on Plot bearing CTS No. 194 A (Part) at
Ghatkopar Village, Ghatkopar (E). In addition to above, also construction of
Society Offices, Balwadi & Welfare Centres (861.64 sq.m.area). The S1
building is varying carpet area from 20.910 sq.m to 51.09 sq.m. and for R1
& R2 building all tenements of 20.910 sq.m. carpet area.
The infrastructure work & amenities as per
Slum Rehabilitation Authority Policy of the State Government.
