Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC) has issued a tender for the construction of a 48.10 km, four-lane greenfield highway with paved shoulders in Ujjain.
The stretch starts near Pitra Parvat (km 0.000) and ends at Simhastha Bypass (km 48.100), and will be developed under the hybrid annuity mode (HAM) to improve connectivity and access control between Indore and Ujjain. The work is scheduled for completion within 24 months from the award of the contract which is worth Rs 1,237.21 crore.
This infrastructure initiative aims to enhance road transport efficiency and support regional economic growth in Madhya Pradesh.
The bid submission deadline is 14 October, 2025.
