MTAR Technologies has received an additional order worth Rs 310 crore from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures.
The order is for the supply of various equipment for the Kaiga 5 and Kaiga 6 civil nuclear reactors in India. This contract marks a significant milestone for MTAR, as it is from a new customer in the civil nuclear power sector. The delivery of the equipment will be completed in a staggered manner, with the final deliveries scheduled to be made by February 2030.
"This new order reflects our growing capabilities in the nuclear power sector, and we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions within the specified timeline," a company spokesperson said. The order further strengthens MTAR's position in the domestic market, where it continues to support India’s expanding nuclear power infrastructure.
