Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) has been selected to redevelop two housing societies in Chembur, Mumbai, spanning approx. 4.4 acres with a combined gross development potential of around Rs 1,700 crore.
The project aims to deliver sustainable, modern homes with enhanced amenities and connectivity, located strategically in the Diamond Garden area near key transport links like the Eastern Freeway and upcoming Diamond Garden Metro Station. This redevelopment aligns with MLDL’s focus on growth through high-quality residential projects in high-demand areas. The company emphasizes sustainability, committing to Net Zero homes by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2040, having already launched India’s first Net Zero residential developments.
Mahindra Lifespaces, part of the Mahindra Group, has a strong footprint across seven cities with a 100 percent green portfolio since 2014, blending innovation, design, and environmental responsibility to create value for residents and communities.
