The land’s location within the PMRDA Town Planning Scheme and proximity to the upcoming Inner Ring Road and Hinjewadi IT hub enhances its strategic value.
The surrounding area features robust social infrastructure, including reputed institutions such as Delhi Public School, Mahindra International School, and Symbiosis Centre for Management.
