Mascot Infrastructure, a leading real estate and industrial park developer, will develop an integrated industrial township spanning 385 acres at Vithalapur in Ahmedabad district.

The project, named Mascot Industrial City, is strategically located near the prominent auto cluster of Vithalapur and is connected to major infrastructure projects, including the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), GIFT City, and Sanand GIDC. The township is expected to emerge as a key industrial and logistics hub in one of India’s fastest-growing manufacturing regions.

Mascot Infra had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat government for this development during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024. The integrated township has been designed with a blend of industrial, residential, and commercial zones. It will offer industrial plots, plug-and-play factory sheds, warehouses, as well as residential apartments and essential infrastructure like hotels, schools, and food plazas.

Based in Ahmedabad, Mascot Infra has previously developed five industrial and logistics parks across key cities such as Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Surat. With Mascot Industrial City, the company aims to further strengthen its footprint in Gujarat’s rapidly expanding industrial landscape by offering a comprehensive environment that caters to both businesses and residents alike.
