Bengaluru-based Sumadhura Group has signed a Rs 600-crore memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Telangana government to develop a 100-acre Grade A industrial and warehousing park.

The project, which aligns with the state’s vision to become a USD three-trillion economy by 2047, will focus on driving growth in manufacturing, logistics, and advanced industries. The investment will create a future-ready industrial ecosystem equipped with plug-and-play facilities catering to industries like aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce. The industrial park is expected to generate around 8,000 direct employment as operations scale up. It will feature modular production blocks designed for quick operational setup.

Ramarao Kalakuntla, Vice Chairman of Sumadhura Group, highlighted the project’s focus on meeting global benchmarks in design, technology, and operational efficiency. The initiative aims to attract high-value industries, boost employment, and contribute significantly to the region’s economic development, supported by Telangana’s progressive policies.
