Realty firm Max Estates has sold luxury residential properties worth Rs 845 crore, following the successful launch of the second phase of its Noida project, Estate 128.
The combined project, spanning 10 acres, includes four towers with 268 units, with an overall booking value of approx. Rs 2,700 crore. Max Estates, the real estate arm of the Max Group, has achieved a cumulative booking value of Rs 5,000 crore in the first nine months of FY 2024-25, aligning with its full-year guidance of Rs 4,800-Rs 5,200 crore.
The company has a diverse portfolio, including three completed commercial projects: Max Towers in Noida, Max House in Delhi, and Max Square on Noida Expressway. It also developed 222 Rajpur, a luxury residential villa community in Dehradun. Two commercial office projects - Max Square Two, adjacent to Max Square, and another on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram are under construction.
On the residential front, in addition to the success of Estate 128 in Noida, Max Estates has launched Estate 360, a new project in Gurugram.
