Megha Engineering has won four key contracts in the projects of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC). MSRDC had opened tenders for various projects including the Virar-Alibaug multipurpose road, and Pune ring road.
The company will now be responsible for three stages of the Pune road and one stage of the multipurpose road. Megha Engineering received a contract for stages one, five, and seven of the Pune road project. It also secured a contract for stage nine of the Virar-Alibaug multipurpose road. The company had originally applied for five tenders for five stages of the Pune ring road and three tenders for three stages of the Virar-Alibaug multipurpose road.
The company earlier received a contract worth 14,400 crore of MMRDA's Thane-Borivali twin tunnel project, for Mumbai to Nagpur Samruddhi Highway's Nagpur to Vardha (31 km) and Bedewadi to Fatiabad (54.5) stages.
