Meghna Infracon Infrastructure (MIIL) is set to launch its new luxury residential project, “Shree Pranam,” located at Model Town, Lokhandwala, Andheri (West), Mumbai. It will mark MIIL’s strategic expansion into the premium housing segment in one of premium locations.

“Shree Pranam” is situated in a prime area offering strong connectivity to key city infrastructure, including schools, colleges, hospitals, the airport, railway stations, and entertainment zones. The project is designed to meet the growing demand for upscale living in the heart of the city. Commenting on this milestone, , Managing Director of MIIL Group, Vikram Jayantilal Lodha stated, “ With the launch of ‘Shree Pranam’ we introduced innovative community living concept offering residence in 1 and 2 BHK along located at prime area of Model Town, Lokhandwala, Andheri (west), Mumbai.”

Originally estimated at Rs 400 million, the revised sale projection now exceeds Rs 600 million. MIIL is headquartered in Mumbai and operates across the infrastructure and real estate development sectors.
