Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has allotted a 23-acre industrial plot in Sector 10 to Minda Corporation for a manufacturing unit focused on wiring harnesses and connection systems.

Minda plans to invest Rs 522 crore in this facility, which will have an annual production capacity of 48 lakh units, generating significant employment opportunities in the region. The project is part of the Uttar Pradesh Investment Promotion Policy, with incentives extended due to Minda's inclusion in a Fortune 500 Group. YEIDA CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh handed over the allotment letter to Minda Corporation Executive Director Akash Minda, with the project expected to boost local employment and industrial growth.

Minda, a flagship company of the Spark Minda Group, operates 27 manufacturing units worldwide. In addition, Polynomous Industries will invest Rs 75 crore in a 10,000 sq. Mtrs. plot to manufacture advanced polymer compounds, employing 500–600 people.
