Miraya Realty has acquired a prime seven-acre land parcel on Pokhran Road 2, Thane, with plans to develop a landmark project which will cements its position among eminent developers.

By 2023, after securing all approvals, it prioritised onstruction over pre-sales, in its long-term vision to focus on project execution prior to its market entry. Miraya will soon pre-launch its flagship luxury project in Thane, targeting Rs 1,000 crore in sales within two years.
